✧ General Information & Disclaimers
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue projects for any reason.
• I may stream or post work-in-progress unless otherwise requested by the client.
• Rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• All delivered projects are digital. There are no physical products being sent.

• Payment is due upfront in full if the commission value is $200 USD or less.
• If the commission is valued at more than $200 USD, a 50% down payment is due upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon the first final render. Full upfront payment is optional in this case.
• All prices are in USD, and payment will be made on PayPal or VGen unless agreed otherwise.✧ Process & Revisions
• Work can take up to a minimum of one week and may take a few months, depending on the complexity of each project.
• Two major revisions are allowed per character art commission during the sketch phase.
• Five major revisions are allowed per illustration commission during the sketch phase.
• After the final sketch, only minor revisions are allowed.
• Excessive revision requests may incur additional fees.✧ Copyright & Usage
• Clients may repost commissioned artwork for personal use with proper credit either using my tag @crystallicdawn or linking my YouTube channel.
• I retain full copyright to all artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.
• My artwork may NOT be used in AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes.✧ Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds are available if the commission is cancelled before any work is done.
• Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
• If a sketch or other progress has been delivered, only partial refunds may be issued at my discretion.
• No refunds are available after final artwork has been delivered.
